COVID-19 Update


In the light of the current Coronavirus pandemic we have made some adjustments to our operational practices in order to maintain our business. We have brought in home working for team-members whose role does not require them to be in the office daily. This includes all our support technicians.

We have instituted deep cleaning protocols in our office and despatch areas and we have curtailed all offsite meetings and on-site callouts for the time being.

The safety and security of our staff is paramount in the decisions that we have made and the actions that we have taken. We are communicating directly with our partners and customers regarding the operational changes we make and will continue to do so in line with our standard operating procedures. 

Sales operations are normal and all sales orders are being despatched, but you may experience an extra days lead time.

We remain alert and vigilant.
